Welcome to the Advocacy Canada survey form regarding the issue of child protection workers going into schools to interview students. This survey form is intended for parents and/or students who feel that they have been adversely affected in some way (now or in the past) as a result of child protection workers going into a school to speak to a student on family related matters without the informed consent of the student or parent.

Information gathered through this form will help Advocacy Canada gather statistics which will be used in efforts to protect the rights of parents and children at their schools. All information will be kept in confidence.
